Ke$ha 's "TiK ToK" set download record as the highest downloaded single by a female artist moving 610,000 digital tracks for the week ending Dec. 27, according to Nielsen SoundScan. It is the second highest downloaded single after Flo Rida's "Right Round" which coincidentally also featured Ke$ha on the vocals.
